At Silvergrove, you’ll be supporting people in their own homes across Co. Meath and Louth. Our clients include older adults, individuals living with dementia, and those recovering from illness or surgery. Full time Caregiver

Training and Support

We don’t just hire caregivers—we invest in them.

At Silvergrove, we provide full induction training for all new team members, including:

  • QQI Level 5 support (Healthcare Support Modules)

  • Manual handling, infection control, and elder care best practices

  • Ongoing training and upskilling opportunities

  • Shadowing and mentoring from senior carers

  • Regular team check-ins and support

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need experience?

Not necessarily. We welcome applications from caring individuals with or without experience. Training and support are provided.

Is a qualification required?

A QQI Level 5 is preferred, but you can still apply if you’re currently working toward it.

Will I have to drive?

Your role will require travel between clients, so access to a car is a plus. We reimburse mileage where applicable.

What areas do you cover?

We currently serve clients in Co. Meath and Louth
