With a strong foundation in long-term care through Silvergrove Nursing Home, our team brings decades of experience, clinical knowledge, and genuine compassion into every home we visit. Emily Boyd – Director of Operations
With years of experience in elderly care management, Emily has been at the heart of Silvergrove’s commitment to quality and compassion. Her hands-on approach, deep understanding of client needs, and focus on high standards have shaped Silvergrove Home Care into a service where people truly feel supported. Emily leads operations with care, empathy, and a belief that every detail matters.

Abiola Olatoyosi Ojo - Senior Healthcare Assistant
Abiola is a compassionate and dedicated healthcare assistant with over 10 years of experience providing person-centred care across community and long-term care settings. She has supported individuals of all ages with empathy and professionalism, always striving to enhance their comfort and quality of life.
Previously a Senior Healthcare Assistant with Home Instead, Abiola was recognised as Caregiver of the Month for her outstanding commitment and warmth. She also spent two years with Cora’s Health Care Agency, where she delivered high-quality care in both nursing homes and hospital environments. Abiola brings a wealth of knowledge, a gentle approach, and a true passion for helping others to her role at Silvergrove.
